SOME TIPS FOR AVOID BALANCE DEDUCTION ON UR UNINOR MOBILE:

1-In opera mini always use http connection ,don't use socket.
2-In mobile use it in any balance but in pc use it at '0' balance because your Automatic enabled PC update may charge you.
3-Always use 10.58.10.58:8080 proxy port in your setting, don't use it without proxy, it may charge you...
